Zentrale aber ruhige Lage. Gute Küchenausstattung. Urbanes Wohnkonzept. Perfekte, sehr freundliche und reibungslose Abwicklung. Großzügige Bettwäschen. Großer Balkon. Schöner Innenhof Garten.

kein TV/Radio. Sehr kleines Bad. Keine Kästen/Schränke/Highboards für Aufbewahrung. Abstellplätze/Einfahrt fürs Auto sehr schmal.

"Tolle Lage - tolles Ambiente!"

Wir haben nun schon das dritte Mal auf der Durchreise in einer der Wohnungen in diesem Haus übernachtet, weil wir den Mix aus historischen Innenräumen und der klaren, modernen Inneneinrichtung lieben! Für Architekturfreunde ein "must see" in Linz!

Einige abgeplatzte Mauerecken könnten mal repariert werden...
