CHARMANTES APARTMENT im Herzen von Linz

Lugar amplio, moderno, bien equipado, instalaciones en perfecto estado. Bien ubicado, supermercado muy cerca. Acceso fácil, con ascensor.

El agua de ducha salía muy caliente, no se podía regular.

It’s a cute clean modern apartment, the instructions for everything were perfect. We are not into watching TV, so not having one in the apartment didn’t bother us at all.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Good space

Kitchen basic equipment, knives, drinking glasses were very poor. No wine glass in Austria!

Architectural features and design, large sleeping spaces, spiral staircase, olive green kitchen.

Water pressure was not good.

The apartment was in a good location with easy access to both shops and restaurants. It was easy to stroll down to the river and considering we were in the city it was very quiet.

It was quite warm while we were there and a fan would have been nice.

Beautiful design and furnishings

Very cozy and clean.

Only the water pressure was low. And having more than one women to wash the hair, makes a big difference.

Great building reconstruction with beautiful entrance, exterior spaces with amazing greenery , stairs. Chairs is on every floor when you need rest :) Lovely apartment design, large balcony, kitchen equipment... Very pleasant quiet location a short distance from the center

The beds are not comfortable- soft mattress, cheap pillows with covers, insufficient shading on the windows, the furniture needs deep cleaning- there were greasy stains everywhere, and one doesn´t feel clean, despite the clean floor..And the most important, there was broken old chair and office desk with unfixed legs - plate was only put on the construction- very dangerous for our child! No hairdryer,not enough towels, no hooks for jackets..
