Captain's Quarters 'As seen in Beyond Paradise '

Lovely views, good location and reasonable price.

It was quite shabby and the approach is not great, the only bathroom is off the bedroom. All in all we didn't think it was great BUT it's well situated and was a very reasonable price.

Travelled by train so closeness to station was very convenient yet not far to reach shops Superb views from the elevated position Comfy bed

Bathroom was rather tight for space & a towel rail would have been useful

The property was clean and had everything you needed for a self catering staff. In a quiet location with on site parking.

The views from the room window was stunning of the river and across onto the trees. The accommodation had everything you needed, but there was no hanging space in the bedroom for clothes, it was in the kitchen area.

The road up to the accommodation was very very steep and very very narrow (6foot 3inch) with a tight turn into the parking area. (I scraped the bottom of my car a couple of times) but at least there was parking

The view, cleanliness, car parking, the quietness, close to the town centre but far away from noise, the privacy.

The apartment size was good and well equipped The location was great with stunning views.

I didn't like that the apartment was advertised as dog friendly, absolutely no mention prior to booking that you could not leave your dogs alone in the apartment. We were shocked to find this out on arrival, with our two elderly dogs. We were blessed with a very hot week ,22c ,however we had to stay in most of the time as it was too hot to take the dogs with us. My older dog also found the floor in the apartment very slippery.
