"Stay in a personal art gallery - right in the old town"

Frederic was a lovely host who provided an excellent welcome and informative suggestions. Our room was unique - an art gallery just for us, so many pieces and curiosities to admire. Location was exceptional and the building was an attraction in itself. Even the circular stairway up the Rose Tower was a highlight - but not for the faint hearted if you have big bags! A great experience.

Frederic is a very nice host, we met in his gallery right below the appartment. He was available via phone and gave us some more tips for our city trip! just perfect!

everything was as expected or better! Lyon is definitely worth another visit.

Frederic was an excellent host and the property is in a great location to see lot of historical sites and wonderful restaurants.

The bathroom was pretty dirty and there was no wifi in the room. This was only a problem as we were trying to sort some work stuff out.

I liked everything. We were two couples and stayed in Frederic’s two rooms. They really are incredible. If you’re into quirky art, both rooms are literally full of it. We were delighted we didn’t book a standard hotel or Airbnb. The location is top notch, right in the middle of the old town and beside so many good restaurants and bars. There’s a really good wine cellar next door where you can get the best French wines for well below normal retail price. Last night we enjoyed a bottle of great wine back in the room with our friends and it was really enjoyable looking at all of the art and pretty much museum pieces everywhere. The host Frederic is really friendly and gave us good tips for things to see and places to eat. I will definitely come back.
