The location is good

The wifi in the room didn't work. There was a musty smell in the room that couldn't be removed, no matter how much dust mite removal or perfume I used. I checked out early and was told it was okay and I could apply for a refund. A week has passed and there has been no progress. I've been asking on WhatsApp and emailing booking.com, but still no response. It was a terrible experience, especially since they told me there was no wifi after I checked in. I was very frustrated. 房间的wifi无法使用，房间里面一股霉味，无论喷除螨剂还是香水都去不掉，提前退房说可以的，可以申请退款，已经一周过去了毫无进展，一直whatsapp问发email给booking.com还是没有消息，体验很差劲，尤其入住了才告知说没有wifi的问题很无奈…..

Flexible with check out time when I really need to extend for an hour or so due to still stuck in hospital and they are alright with it. Which I really appreciate it.

The dining chair was wobbly which I hope they can fix that. Its scary to sit on it.
