The contactless method to check in and out was seamless, the available shops downstairs were convenient and vast, location was also ideal to go to the nearby malls, mainly Permaisuri and Bintang Megamall.

Minor personal inconvenience as the guests are concerned about cockroaches we found small ones near the sofa and one more near the kitchen sink, it might come from the bathroom, can get that checked in case of any more

The size of the apartment were just the right size for our small family. Location was great. The staff were clear with the check in instruction.

There could do better with the bedsheets and pillow cover. I dont really like stain bedsheets and i feel uncomfortable with it. Perhaps, they need to replace the showerhead hose as its already rusty. My kids saw cockroach at the toilet and not happy with it.

Near to every where by walk ..ATM bank, halal food ..coffee hoping...car park.. all are nice

The bed and mattress a bit old need replacement..the smart tv hard to connect ..
