Good location

This is my second time staying with Evernent and I genuinely appreciate how previous feedback has been taken into account. The improvements didn’t go unnoticed: - WiFi connection is now more stable; thank you. One small note: the network name didn’t match the one listed in the instructions so we had to do a bit of trial and error before figuring out which one was ours. - ⁠Air-conditioning and furniture were comfortable and functioned as expected. - ⁠The addition of soap was a helpful touch; great attention to guest comfort.

Now, onto the one recurring challenge that’s worth addressing: Access and Parking Flow On this trip, re-entry into the property became quite difficult. We returned around midnight and our access card didn’t work neither at Times Square’s two entries nor at the car park. We had to go to the car park office multiple times and eventually used a paper pass. The experience was further complicated by the language difference; Bahasa Brunei and Bahasa Malaysia have different nuances and while I understand a bit, I communicate better in English. Additionally, the issue from my previous stay still remains: When driving to our designated parking floor, security seems unable to see us on camera so we have to leave the car, ring the intercom manually and return to park. The same thing happens on exit.
