Close to supermarket and easy to find. Free parking. Good cooking facility and many big pots to use.

Heating not good. Futon mattress too thin. Fridge too tiny, no internet TV, no lift and have to access by stairs only. Good for 1-2 nights stay nothing more as we have old folks and very tiring for them. And can carrying luggages up the stairs is not an easy feat. No handrail. It’s just inconvenient.

Perfect! Very European style, spacious and freshly built. Excellent choice if you want to feel at home.

Comfy Stay was in a great location; maybe a 15 minute walk from Shin-Omiya station on the Kitetsu line and Nara station on the JR line, around the corner from a brilliant supermarket (Izumiya) and close to tourist buses to take you to Nara Park and the temples. It was much smaller than we were anticipating but still functional. As pointed out in other reviews it's also not two bedrooms, rather one large room with some blinds separating the sleeping spaces. Ok for privacy but not if someone in your party is a loud sleeper, or you have a baby. Great communication with staff however, and great value for money.

No lift so be prepared to lug suitcases up to the third floor. Also we had an issue with the door not locking but staff were quick to come around with an actual key (within ~30 minutes once I initiated a chat on the booking.com app) so that fixed the issue. Comfy Stay also looks on to a fairly busy road so be prepared for the noise.

This property had all the amenities we needed as a family and was good value for money

We found the check in instructions very confusing and had to get the shop owners underneath the building to help us.

Good location.

Too much voice from the road. Very bad internet connection. Not very clean contrary in general Japanese standart. No elevator.
