Easy check in. The office kept our luggage before check in. Several decent restaurants within walking distance.

Heavy dust on the main counter tops in the living/sleeping area. Electric kettle didn't work.

Very spacious apartment with all facilities.

A room is really comfortable for family staying or a group of 3-4 travellers. A parking is just at a back of a buiilding which is really convenient for baggages tranfering. A room facilities are really nice. Also only 50 meters away from a convenient store. An extra bonus for those who love running, only 2.5 kms away from a Todaiji Temple and Kofukuji Temple. There's silence and no peple if you visit these places in a morning.

A parking lot should be better clarify after booking, a parking number or a sign should be noticed in a booking confirmation or at a parking lot.

Confusion with the key pad which I thought was the one downstairs at the entrance! Lucky a young couple suggested I go up to the room and try it!

They have a nice kitchen and the rooms are big.

They sent an email with the code to open the door only 2 or 3 days before we were due to arrive and because I had no access to my work email while overseas, we could not find an office or a number to call. Luckily the staff from the property had just finished cleaning it and they let us check in early, or else we might have to find somewhere else to stay.

Perfect for family. Fully equipped kitchen. high-quality towels. very helpful staff.

There is no clothes hanger or closet in the room. and the mattress is a bit too hard.

They tried their best for us to check in earlier. Communication was quick and accurate. Accommodation was clean and tidy.

There was no wardrobe or any sort to keep our clothes out from our suitcases. The noise from traffic was so loud in the main bedroom which faced to the main road and junctions. It was impossible us to sleep in the room. Beds were too big for the size for the accommodations. It wasn’t easy to use the space in the living room area between 4 of us due to size of beds.
