Comfy Stay Kiyokawa

Not quite sure what to say here since there was not a single thing that we liked.

Apartments block from the outside looks pretty awful. It's on a corner street and we had the 2nd floor apartment (1 above ground). Plenty of road noise and smells from the restaurant underneath. Beds extremely uncomfortable, all you could feel were the springs of the mattresses. Dust everywhere, surfaces, curtains, corners of the room. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. We checked in at 8 pm, went out for shopping and once back my partner was devoured by mosquito bites (windows were never opened because there are no mozzynets, so the mosquitos were already inside the flat). Location way out of where you want to be (and this was definitely our only fault in booking it). After 1 night we left, loosing 2 nights of accomodation; prior to leaving, we immediately sent to Booking.com the pics of the apartment and asked for a refund, which the property of course refused and all that Booking did was reimburse a tiny amount as travel credit....poor customer service. The property manager offered an additional cleaning but that is exactly the point: the flat didn't need an additional cleaning, it needed a proper deep cleaning! Worst accomodation in over 1 month travelling throughout Japan.

設備は画像通りで清潔でした。チェックインやチェックアウトが簡単で、事前にホストの方から何度か連絡をもらえたので安心感がありました。二泊の利用でしたがバスタオルが多めに用意されてありました。高級感ある歯ブラシもありました。洗濯機を利用しましたが、自由に使える粉洗剤が置いてあります。浴室はシャワーのみでしたが、水圧もしっかりありました。 駐車場はすぐ近くにはないので、(生憎雨天だったため)道路脇に車を停めての荷物の積み下ろしはちょっと気を使いました。一階のお好み焼き屋さんが美味しくて女将さんが面白かった。隣の焼き鳥屋さんにも行きたかった。

特にないです。個人的な感想ですが…玄関を入ってすぐ横にトイレがあり、トイレのドア正面がガラス張りでちょっと気になりました。外の景色が丸見えなのでブラインドかレースのカーテン等あると良いかな…

Très grand, tres spacieux, ca a fais un grand bien. Personnel tres agréable

場所的にも最高でした。見つけるのがちょっと難しかったです。それ以外すごく快適でした。

・3人用の部屋であるはずなのに、部屋が狭すぎる。寝具に関しては、それほど大きくないダブルベッドが一つあるだけで、後1名は狭いスペース（出入り口のすぐ目の前）に布団を敷いて寝るしかなかった。 ・まだ春先で肌寒い日であり、夜は冷えた。掛け布団は薄いものが一枚だけだったので、ブランケットをお願いしたが、その用意はないとのことだった。それぐらいはあって当然かと思う。 ・カーテンの幅が中途半端で、窓に足りていない。 ・最寄駅は近鉄奈良駅であると、はっきりHPに書いて欲しかった。
