Comfortable apartment, with a lot of light and nice view. They send a video with how to get in the apartment, that was very helpful. they have almost eveything you need there. Very close to tram and bus station. The stores are really close.

I understand that we need to take out the garbage, thats ok, but you could leave at least normal amount of toilet paper. The windows dont have curtains, and each night you need to get down the heavy sunshields, that does not leave much air in the room, we like to sleep with an open windows when is hot inside.

It was spacious & had everything we needed we loved the views from the terrace

The lift was stuck on the 6th floor the day we were leaving so getting 3 people’s suitcases and other bags down stairs was not fun, there was another day the lift was out of action, so this should be addressed, we were only on the 2 floor but I’m 78 years old and have just had operation.

Like the direct view to the Mediterranean. Location is good on Promenade des Anglais. Nice to have 2 full showers. Comfortable apartment. People managing the apartment were professional and helpful.

Furniture and amenities are very old. Needs to be updated.

Bel appartement, très bien situé, près des transports en commun , des commerces et face à la mer. Grand balcon très agréable. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

The view and the location was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable. It was very nice being near public transportation, a market, a bakery, and restaurants.

The view was spectacular.. like the photos.. The host was very attentive and helped us once we raised our concerns.. collection of the keys was easy.. as the beautiful lady was waiting for us on the street to give us keys and show us the room..

The walls are paper thin with too much noise from neighbors.. some nights we couldn’t sleep till very late because of their noise. The room in general was very dusty and the bathroom was not pleasant.. we left the room once we saw that and called Mr David who was kind enough to send us someone to clean bathrooms in the evening of our arrival..

The location was fantastic. You cant get a better location on that street. A beautiful view of the beach from the every room including the kitchen was certainly the highlight of the stay. The rooms are huge and there are two bathrooms. The living room was also very spacious with a conformable couch and a large television. The kitchen was very well equipped.

The process of picking up the keys was a pain. I had to take my taxi to the place where the host had asked to come to collect the key. Since there is no parking there, it was difficult to keep the taxi waiting since I also had to pay the deposit there. Then, with all the luggage and my infant daughter, me and my wife walked for about 10-15 mins to reach the apartment. But the apartment and its view made up for the initial hassle.
