Apartman je u centru grada, sa jedne strane zgrade je ulaz u pešačku zonu, a sa druge izlaz na besplatan privatan parking tako da je lokacija idealna. Prozori nisu okrenuti prema pešačkoj zoni, tako da je u aparmanu uvek mir i tišina. Apartman je dobro opremljen sa svim sto je potrebno.

Smeštaj je na četvrtom spratu bez lifta, pa ukoliko putujete sa decom ili starijima moze predstavljati problem.
