I predicted in the description that the accommodation is on the 4th floor without an elevator. They are old buildings that don't have an elevator, but it can be a challenge if you have trouble climbing.

Cist i uredan apartman, na odlicnoj lokaciji. Vlasnici izuzetni ljubazni, imali su strpljenja i razumevanja i ako sam mnogo kasnila u odnosu na prijavljeno vreme dolaska

l'appartamento è al quarto piano senza ascensore e dopo 8 ore di viaggio non avevo proprio voglia di farmi 4 rampe di scale, ( si devi dire .il ragazzo che mi ha dato le chiavi dell'appartamento ha esclamato :"vuoi che ti accompagni su (quarto piano senza ascensore) oppure lo ritrovi da solo? " (sarcasmo? dopo 8 ore di viaggio in moto con due valigie uno zaino pesante , casco e giacca sull'avambraccio mi sarei aspettato almeno che mi avrebbe dato una mano; lo so , non gli era dovuto ma perbacco,. siamo ospiti non vacche da mungere. La doccia non è comoda.Il letto è posizionato nel lato sbagliato della stanza, non ha prese per ricaricare il telefono e l'aria delo split del condizionatore è dietro sul collo ho dovuto spostare il letto per avere accesso alle prese per non svegliarmi con una paralisi. sono i dettagli che fanno la differenza.

Perfect location and very helpful host !

Location

The host informed us just one day before our arrival that he would be going to Greece and told us to contact his brother’s girlfriend instead. He even turned off his own internet. Despite sharing our live location and informing them of our arrival time five times, no one came to meet us when we arrived. We waited for 20 minutes in a deserted, scary area. Apparently, the house was still being prepared — we were met by a cleaning guy. The parking area and the house were extremely neglected and felt unsafe. The apartment itself was dirty and very old. Avoid this place at all costs. The bed covers were shabby, the walls filthy, the bathroom stained and dirty, and we were welcomed by a dirty knife and glass in the sink; the parking entrance was narrow, and even the electrical sockets were dangerously taped to the wall — a serious safety hazard. Because of this house, we won’t be coming back to Niš — a city we, as Turks, once called our own for centuries; seeing its current state deeply saddened us. Such a shame.

Samo lokacija

Kasnio je momak sa ciscenjem apartmana. Apartman je bio u jako losem (zapustenom)stanju. Posle "ciscenja" jeste izgledalo malo bolje ali je daleko ispod nasih ocekivanja i slika koje smo videli pri rezervaciji. Osim lokacije nista nije vredno pomena. Savetujem vlasnike da se malo ozbiljnije pozabave apartmanom.

Ljubazni domaćini, izašli su nam u susret iako smo se javili sat i po pre dolaska. Lokacija apartmana je odlična, u samoj pešačkoj zoni.
