One of the party felt bed springs while in bed. You are probably aware that bathroom and en-suite bedroom ceiling are discoloured, water leakage?

Great location. Close to Tesco for shopping and only a few minutes in car to town centre.

Only 3 comfy chairs in lounge, and limited cutlery.

Space, cleanliness, location, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

Only enough comfy seating for 4 people in lounge. Fine for group of 4, but not for 6.

The instructions for arrival were clear.Off street Car parking provided. Comfortable beds and reasonably sized bedrooms. Good showers. Spacious living area.

Streep stairs at the entry were unexpected. The kitchen could have been better equiped eg pixex bowls for microwave and salads. Also there was no frying slice/spatula. The kitchen tap was very wobbly. One bedroom ceiling had mould from previous water leaking. One of the toilet seats was wobbling.

The broken beds, uncomfortable lounge chairs, location on council estate.

Spacious, modern design, easy self checkin, on site parking, close to supermarkets, responsive host.Plenty of cleaning products & basic grocery items.

Bed in second bedroom uncomfortable, noisy springs. No egg flip or hairdryer. Insufficient cutlery & crockery. Couches were stained.

Nice clean apartment.

4 people sitting in their PJ's, no moving about, no loud music, yes there was chatting and laughter (we were on our holidays). Next thing the owner is accusing us of having a party and threatened with terminating our booking. We had a very abrupt phone call with him where he was not interested in anything we had to say. (we even invited him over to see for himself, which he refused) This totally ruined our stay and never in all the years staying at a variety of different accommodations, have I never had an excellent relationship with the landlords.
