It was clean and well presented . Spacious and location was good.

There was no arrival pack including tea , coffee or milk. This was disappointing given the time we arrived and we had to go and purchase some ourselves.There were no instructions re heating, bins. These were overlooked by the cleaning staff apparently.

Very spacious apartment and well equiped kitchen. 3 good sized bedrooms one with en-suite. We could park on the drive and on the whole it was quiet and peaceful. We found a short cut so we could walk into Oban.

There wasn't a hand rail on the stairs which I thought was dangerous as if anyone had stumbled we would have ended up at the bottom of the stairs. The bedrooms didn't have wardrobes and we had to hang our clothes on the back of the bedroom doors. The main bathroom would benefit from a shelf to put toiletries on. Would also suggest a bread knife as it was very hard to cut bread without one. We were surprised that the apartment was in the middle of a housing estate so the out look wasn't the one we were hoping for.
