Borgo Stretto Bright Apartments

Manager gave us wrong apartment so had to change.

Check in at a different address not convenient and with luggage is a problem.

Everything was wonderful.

Availability of the host. Great customer service.

Unfortunately the internet didn’t work.

Apartment was very big and well decorated, funky art work, spacious and clean. Host was very accommodating as he met us at the property late at night to hand over the keys (due to our delayed flight). Lovely traditional/classic Italian shutters on windows and a great location to main attractions in Pisa. Everything you need in the kitchen along with coffee/tea etc. and even some toiletries provided for our use. Maps and leaflets for local tours/activities etc available on coffee table which was helpful

The late check in fee to be met at the apartment was a little pricey - we couldn’t control our flight being delayed :( but very very much appreciate the option of meeting the host there and not at their central office, after a long day of travelling. Can be noisy outside due to local bars/restaurants and didn’t quite understand what to do with our rubbish (was told to empty all bins and use a key card) which we haven’t done in any other apartment. But otherwise great!

We informed the property in advance that we were travelling for work, paying from company account and would need a company invoice. Although they promised to do this, in the end they refused.

Excellent location. Nice apartment with lots of room. Home away from home. Could walk to the Tower and train station.

Could be noisy on the street outside as the restaurants and bars close.
