Borgo Stretto Bright Apartments

We liked that the property was central and it is close to everything. That was very helpful. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The view was also quite charming, giving the Italian feeling. Loved it.

There was no light switch on the first floor of the building, so it was dark up until the second floor. We used our phone flashlights to go upstairs. Maybe this is something that can be improved. Also it was a little difficult to figure out how to lock the front door properly.

the apartment is very central and big. pity it had not been cleaned

we arrived at the property late in the evening in April 2023 to find the apartment a mess. we walked in to find the beds had not been changed or made. the bathroom was filthy and obviously had not been cleaned.Contacted the owners straight away and sent him photos. he did apologise and come in to make our beds but we were promised a small refund since we had paid a cleaning fee and the apartment obviously had not been cleaned. I’m still yet to receive said refund?

Good location spacious apartment and secure

The washing machine didn't work and despite reporting to the host no follow up phone call was made or wasn't provided with fresh towels for the 8 days! Also the tiled floor was dirty other than that enjoyed the stay

Location is perfect. Beautiful large apartment, 2 bathrooms, all very clean and bright

Without dishwashing sponge and shower gel. Otherwise, super okay, in the center of Pisa, a 15-minute easy walk from the train station.

Fabulous in every way. Beautiful, bright, spacious, comfortable, clean and all round perfect apartment. Fantastic location for the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Borgo Stretto, Shopping, Restaurants and more. Highly recommend. Federico welcomed us and made sure our stay was perfect. Thank you. Nothing. Everything was perfect

It is a very big apartment, cosy and clean, near by everything you need : supermarkets, drugstore, food, coffee shops,centre of the town, 15 min by foot from the train station which is a plus since we visited other 2 cities and returned in the same day back to Pisa. Also, the owners were very nice and proactive, responding to our needs if we asked.

One of the bedroom has a small bed which it's supposed to be a double bed but it's inconfortable, suitable for only one ( I think it has 120/200 cm ). But we managed it, having also a sofa in the living room :)
