Borgo Stretto Bright Apartments

Location is very good, in a lovely part of Pisa with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The nearby square is fantastic for some drinks. There is lots of space in the apartment which is good for a large group.

Communication with the host was very very poor. While check in was 3pm we had to follow up with the hosts for access to the apartment. When we arrived in the apartment there was a man in the apartment who just left and I am still not sure why this was the case. They also entered the apartment without our permission during the stay, the only informed us via text message after they had already been to service the boiler. I did not like how the private space didn't feel very private after that. Had the communicated more in advance it would have been more pleasant and I wouldn't mind someone coming to look at the boiler. But dont message after the incident and then act like it was fine.

Beautiful two room apartment with comfy beds, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The bedroom and living room have good space. The living room has a good size smart TV. 10 mins walk to the Pisa Tower and lot of Cafes and Restaurants nearby.

Checkout time is 10 am, which is a bit on the earlier side for these kinds of B&Bs. The shower cubicle is a little smaller.

Localisation is really really good , apartment big enough , airport just 10 min by car from apartments.

1 extra duvet will be great otherwise everything was OK

Bathrooms need updating. It was very hot when we were there and although fans were provided - aircon would be nice!

Great location for Pisa , close to everything in old town, grocery minutes away, as well as bars and restaurants. Apartments huge, very bright and great views from kitchen , easy bus ride from station if you have lots of luggage A few issues at arrival, that partly got resolved by manager who was available right away

BIG PROBLEM, arrived in heat wave with only 2 fans provided, manager offered more but apartment needs air conditioning badly, impossible for good night sleep,apartment gorgeous but wouldn't stay peak summer. As with a lot of Italy, on arrival for 5 days, 2 rolls of toilet paper, no bin liners , paper towels, etc, missing For an expensive stay to spend 10 Euro on basic supply is not a big ask . Cleaner has to do better job cleaning tiled floor black feet minutes after arriving

Location, size of property and most facilities we were happy with.

Great property and no complaints but certainly some helpful suggestions. We would love to have had extra pillows, one flat pillow wasn’t quite enough for each guest. Would like to have had some basic items in kitchen such as salt pepper, sugar and definitely a couple more towels especially as needing frequent showers daily with extremely hot weather. Additional toilet paper, even tissues would be good. And a couple of washing machine detergent tablets helpful for travellers with smalls washing load we needed to attend to. When you only stay a few days it is not ideal to have to go out and buy these items. . Would like to have had a little more communication with owner on arrival or a manual in property, ie garbage disposal, getting around, heating/cooling, any recommendations, nice touch to stay. No air-conditioning was challenging as extremely hot and portable fans not doing very much sadly. This is an amazing property and with a few more details attended to would be absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our stay 😊 Thank you!

an adaptor was not provided for the washing machine during our stay.

Good location, very convenient check in and out. Clean and spacious apartment, support from the staff.

You can still hear the noise from street and party from the apartment at night. Then another thing is about the door lock, there is none, I think it’s common in Italy or this part of town but I felt a bit unsafe. Nothing happened though.

Area was perfect walking distance from trains station
