Borgo Stretto Bright Apartments

Just the fact that it had central position and it was big

No air-conditioning so the stay was very unpleasant, basically you could not sleep during the night plus small matrimonial bed can not be called matrimonial-definitely two people can not sleep in it and flat is advertised for 5 people

The location was great.

The flat has no AC and had no mosquito net on the windows. The flat can get very hot and so when we opened the windows we were eaten alive!

Location, location, location - superb! Just behind a corner from Borgo Stretto. That is a big plus. Also, spacious apartment with large windows, with restaurants and pubs in the streets below. Everything was clean and ready, fully-equipped kitchen, a shower gel in the bathroom.

Very uncomfortable mattraces. Instructions for access sent at the very last moment and only upon our requests. Windows do not seal well. We did not mind the noise, it was part of our plan to stay in the center, but one of the windows in a bedroom could not be closed (locked) properly.

Location was great. Easy check in. Good value . We walked there from airport in 40 minutes. Easy to find.

There were only 2 wine glasses and 3 of us staying. Probably someone had broken one and never replaced. A chopping board would be useful for cutting bread. These are minor things that I wanted to mention so they can be sorted

Apartament was very clean and warm what was important for us especially afler long cold day in Pisa. Everything what you need is in apartament and it is placedein the heart of the city,. Weare delighted with our stay. Thank you.

Big, pleasant apartment, with big rooms and well distributed. Nice shower (if a little small), great big kitchen, nice clean fridge. So much light through the big Italian windows (but don't worry, there are internal AND external shutters!) Location: so easy to get to the shops and to the station. Pisa is a really pleasant city. We're very glad our base was here rather than in Florence - Florence was SUPER busy!

The bin lorries and cleaning vans every morning at 6.30-7am, but that's just Italian cities for you! The tiles make the whole flat very echo-y but OK.

Stunning apartment in the centre of Pisa absolutely loved it incredibly spacious will definitely stay again! Really well located surrounded by some lovely bars and restaurants and walking distance to everywhere.

Huge and spacious apartment in a great location, close to Pisa Centrale train station and local landmarks. Good black-out shutters for all rooms. Really appreciated having a washing machine and all the necessary cleaning products for the kitchen/laundry. Shower had good water pressure and stayed hot for 2 people staying. Good communication from the hosts and straightforward check-in. Would happily recommend staying here.

No complaints, just suggestions for an even better stay. Would have appreciated more toilet roll for the length of stay. The non-stick pots and pans could be replaced as they were quite scratched up. An electric kettle would be more convenient, though one is provided for use on the hob. Bring ear plugs because it can be a bit noisy outside at night with it being in such a central location.
