Casa pulitissima !! Abbiamo alloggiato in 6 con due bambine piccole . Struttura grande accogliente e comodissima ! Vicina allla torre di Pisa. Tutto perfetto. Host gentilissimi !

Hostly si avvale di una super accoglienza con servizio Smart molto apprezzati e il vino di benvenuto ancora di più . Tuttavia la struttura è in qualche piccolo punto un po' datata nulla di così irrisolvibile... Apprezzatissima la solerzia nel risolvere delle defaillance e la smisurata gentilezza Torneremo molto volentieri

Piccole imperfezioni al bagno , divano letto cigolante , , sicuramente una maggiore cura ad arredi la renderanno Top

The location was great, close to center and the owner let us some Prosecco and water in the fridge.

The apartment needed some deep cleaning and it was pretty cold - did not give the feeling of a cozy home. Owner asked us for some flexibility to come and check extintor at the apartment however when we asked for the flexibility to leave one hour later the day of check out did not happened.

Localização excelente, bem perto da Torre e da Catedral. Apartamento limpo, com cômodos grandes e confortáveis.

O estacionamento é na via pública.

A few days before our trip, we were informed that the apartment we had originally booked was no longer available and were offered an alternative. Unfortunately, the replacement did not fully match what we had booked or expected. The apartment was not the same standard: it had no balcony at all (certainly no view), which was a disappointment, especially given the photos and description of the original booking. The space was quite cold, and the radiators were too small to heat the room properly. The apartment was also rather dark, with limited natural light and insufficient artificial lighting—some light bulbs were not working. We also had an uncomfortable moment where we almost got stuck in the bathroom, which raised some concerns about maintenance. On the positive side, the host did try to make up for the situation by offering us a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift, which was a nice gesture and appreciated. Overall, the stay was acceptable but below expectations, mainly due to the last-minute change and the differences between what was booked and paid for and what was actually provided.

Casa molto spaziosa, pulita.

Non c'erano i riscaldamenti accesi essendo centralizzati, quindi in bagno ovviamente senza clima si ghiacciava dal freddo essendo dicembre. Il climatizzatore in cucina non funzionava quindi abbiamo dovuto mangiare con i giubbotti addosso. Un rotolo e mezzo di carta igienica per 6 persone ed un soggiorno di 3gg non é il massimo, l'abbiamo dovuta comprare.

Wszystko. Sympatyczna i bardzo pomocna pani z obsługi ( bądź właścicielka). Cudowne miasto i cudowni ludzie. 🤩🤩
