Hostly - Light and Wood near the Tower - 100sqm, 6 pax, 2 Bedrooms, AC, Town Center

We were nicely welcomed with bottle of wine in the fridge. There was a good communication with property owner (or person who managed it). who was friendly and helpful. The house was clean and spacious, no problems accessing it.

All good.

Большая квартира в 10 минутах пешком до Башни и Поля чудес. Есть все необходимое для жизни ( стиральная машина , посудомоечная, утюг). Приятная хозяйка , которая всегда на связи. Приветственная бутылка вина в холодильнике.

Расположение на третьем этаже в доме без лифта, затягивать тяжелые чемоданы сложновато. Сама квартира достаточно старая и ремонт , мягко говоря, уставший. Но самое неприятное - это кондиционеры . Они переносные , с трубой , выводящейся в открытое окно ( в это же открытое окно летят ночью комары в огромном количестве), работают адски шумно , при этом сильно холоднее не становится Возможно, в другое время года никаких проблем нет, но в летнюю жару - это не решение проблемы.

De apartment is very large and spacious. You get so much more space than in any hotel room you'd get for a similar price. Also, the location in a residential neighbourhood but walking distance to the city center (10-12 minutes) was very much appreciated. Communication with the host was quick and adequate.

It was uncomfortably hot in the apartment. The apartment did have two mobile airconditioning units but they didn't seem to make a big difference. Real airconditioning would make a massive difference. Also our request for a cot was approved but I didn't see that we needed to pay extra for this - not very hospitable if you want to be a family friendly accomodation.

Very spacious apartment, 15 min walk to the centre. Outside the ZTL area, parking in front of the building (we may have been lucky to find a spot). Clear instructions for entering and leaving the place, there are also some useful tips for local restaurants.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. The apartment is spacious and has absolutely everything you would need. A 15 minute walk to the sights and a short taxi ride to both the train station and airport. (It's really worth doing the hour train journey to Florence if you have the time) There is a lovely cafe and pizzeria opposite the apartment and a supermarket a short walk away. Carolina is a brilliant host! She is really helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions you might have. We had a really comfy stay and would 100% book this apartment in the future.

There’s an almost invisible step in the bathroom, quite dangerous.
