Location was good - right opposite Oban harbour. Street parking was free - this is a big bonus

Very cold and unfriendly. Wall heater didn’t work. The only Toilet got blocked morning when we had to leave early for the ferry ….just managed to leave Third floor property - no lift. It’s ok but this wasn’t told on booking

"Kevin was a wonderful, helpful, generous host."

It was newly renovated, clean, smelled good and had everything that we needed. We had some car trouble and Kevin let us stay and extra hour until the car was ready. He even offered to help us fix the car!

The floor was dirty - like it had not been swept or mopped and there was a lot of dust on the floor. The building itself is very dirty
