Spotless flat, quiet location with nice views. Easy parking outside.

Very comfortable, clean, great views and very central to Oban.

Bedroom was a little cold in the evening as there's no heater in there but we just put on extra quilts to sleep :)

The flat was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It was also in a good location, quiet but within easy reach of all amenities and attractions. There were plenty of parking spaces right outside.

The shower hose didn't fit on the bracket properly and so kept moving all over the place, spraying water everywhere. The ceiling light in the 2nd bedroom wasn't working, probably just needed a replacement bulb.

Access information not given in a timely matter and in actuality received only after a request made by both phone and email. Access to apartment crucially not described. Had we known that access was via 60 (in many cases worn), steps, 40 which were without a hand rail, we would not have booked this apartment. The situation was such that, dispute having prepaid for this accommodation, it was not fit for our purpose causing us to incur additional accommodation costs by way of our staying in a nearby hotel.

The property was lovely, decorated to a high specification. Very clean. Spacious. Great views. Close to town, the shops and cafes. Got the arrival information well in advance.

Nowhere in the description does it mention that it is on the third floor. The stairway doesn’t have handrails in some of the flights, making it difficult for some of our party with mobility issues. Also the parking description is bending the truth. There is on-street parking, but that is on a meter and good for only 4 hours maximum. Free parking only applies from 6 pm to 9 am. The toilet seat was loose and the bath didn’t drain well, even with the quickest of showers!

Location was great

Tub wouldn't drain. Peeling paint above and beside paint.. burned out light bulbs ..no paper towels. No toliet tissue holder. Minimal supplies...stairwell waa filthy.

Property was really lovely. great location close to everything in the lovely town . Flat was so clean and had everything we needed. The host was really nice and helpful and had extra bed made up for us . thank you for a great stay .
