Perfect location - walking distance to everything. Views were amazing

The views from the kitchen-diner & lounge are fantastic - constant entertainment throughout all the weather changes - especially helpful when two of our group had limited mobility & spent more time at the apartment than originally planned. Everything is well-organised with comfortable beds, good showers/bath (including plenty of hot water), and everything you need in the kitchen for a week’s self-catering. The airing cupboard was an unexpected bonus - great help for drying coats & minor washing. Parking and lift were easy to navigate and reliable. The two receptionists we met were pleasant & helpful.

Minor things - there was no hairdryer - and although there was a broom, there was no dustpan & brush (?oversight?). Don’t be put off by the building being less attractive than other ‘period’ properties in town - the comfort, convenience and especially the views definitely outweigh other options in this price range!

The staff were great. We had advised that we would be arriving late, around 9pm (beyond normal arrival slot) and Paula phoned on the day of arrival to make arrangements for key collection.

Very Spacious apartment. Fantastic views over Oban Bay. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed with good bed linen. Efficient heating. Plenty of hot water. Good shower. Good private parking.

Proximity to Oban town centre was good. Excellent bay views. Just enough on-site parking.

The accommodation and building looks tired and dated Wifi connectivity was poor making travel plans and communication with the outside world difficult. Particularly contacting family and friends back home (Australia) Cooking smells from other apartments was very strong at times. The fridge froze virtually everything (sandwich fillings, bacon, soft drinks) For the price we paid I doubt we would stay here again. It is not value for money.

Ideally located apartment, overlooking Oban bay. View was spectacular from the large windows in the lounge. TV not needed when such a magnificent view was on offer. We thoroughly enjoyed watching all the ships and boats of various types sailing in and out of the harbour. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Would stay there again.
