There's a reception desk at the property and Paula met me, checked me in and showed me into my apartment. She showed me around and explained everything. She's brilliant! First class service, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. I had an issue with the internet and she sorted it promptly.

The only feedback I would add is that the bed pillows are not great and could do with an upgrade.

A very warm welcome from hosts. View was spectacular across the bay. Comfortable beds and seating area. Great location with free parking.
