Yes, the description mentioned that there is no air-condition. But I would strongly recommend that you install one, which is really required during this kind of summer season, where it is really hot and humid.

Good location near train station.

Very noisy apartment. Annoying noise coming from bathroom after flushing the toilet or taking shower. The noise is coming on the near bedroom. Uncomfortable beds. Bad smell coming into the bedroom from the bathroom. Old furniture and facilities. Not recommended.

This place is certainly recommended: Location: 5 minute walk to Pisa central station. 20 minute walk to the tower of pisa. 3 minute walk to the shopping street. Cleanliness: perfect. We stayed at this place with 7 people and we were extremely happy with it. We will surely come back!

Spacious rooms and good beds.

Shower facilities: one bathroom had no hot water or pressure, while the other had a damaged shower head and no glass panels. Minimal cooking utensils.

Terrible stench from the bathroom, no water pressure and impossible to take a shower, uncomfortable beds, the floor is raised in several places so it is difficult to close the door, it was terribly cold when we arrived, it only warmed up when we left, the electricity went out during our stay so the owner sent us to the basement to look for switches, there were none there, but she didn't believe it, so she sent us several times and only after half an hour did she send a worker who managed to fix it after an hour... if you have the opportunity, avoid this apartment

Overall we liked this apartment, preferred to hotel which we'd stayed previously in Pisa. Location close to train station, bars & restaurants. Loved Pisa, its so easy,there's tourist things to see, lots of bars & restaurants, all good value. Apartment is spacious, quite clean. Host was very quick to respond, even when I struggled to find linen for sofa beds that was all in different places. She messaged back late into the evening.

There are a few things in the apartment that weren't great - shower- water pressure not great, temp changed to hot / cold so this should really be looked at. Could only use 1 shower, 2nd bathroom you could only really use the bath. Bad smells coming from 2nd bathroom. Ran the taps as thought not been used for a while, but really smelt the whole time. 2nd bedroom musty smell also, so we left windows open. Some strange looking stains on the sofa beds/furniture.
