Excellent choice for a stay in Tuscany! The apartment is cozy, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. It is located on a quiet street, offering convenient parking and a large supermarket nearby. Alternatively, the historical center of Pisa is just a short 10–15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly and communicative, making the experience even better. Overall, it turned out to be a perfect base for organizing trips around Tuscany, including as well visits to Florence. Highly recommended!

Very high-quality furnishings and finishes! One of the cleanest apartments we have ever stayed in. The owners take great pride in their apartment and ensure you’re clear on how to do things - a great help since each city has different rules for things like garbage. They checked in regularly to ensure everything was going well for us. They also provided suggestions on things to see and good places to eat.

Immaculate apartment 10 mins walk from the old city, but in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The hosts were helpful and friendly and arranged free parking outside.

It was a bit cool in October as in Italy the heating can’t go on until November.

We had a fantastic stay! Elena and Eugenio were amazing hosts – very open, friendly, and quick to reply. They gave us clear step-by-step instructions for a smooth check-in and also offered great restaurant recommendations that we truly enjoyed. The apartment is cozy yet elegant – it has that refined Italian hotel vibe, is beautifully decorated, spotless, and extremely well cared for. Everything feels thoughtfully put together. The area is very quiet and peaceful, with plenty of parking spaces around. It’s also just a 20-minute walk to the Tower of Pisa, which made it super convenient for exploring the city. We highly recommend this apartment!

A lovely quiet neighbourhood, easy walk into the centre and some great local shops (ice cream shop the closest! then great pizza place). Apartment itself was beautiful, well equiped and very comfortable beds. Air conditioning particularly welcome given it was over 30 degrees during our stay. Hosts left a bottle of wine for us, plus were great at giving us advice and recommendations (best restaurants, how to travel around, etc.). We all had such a great stay and loved Pisa.
