Great facilities, very clean and well maintained, very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and available at all times to assist with any queries.

This property exceeded our expectations. It s beautiful, clean, has everything we could want. We spent enjoyable time n the balcony and loved watching the dogs play n the dog park as entertainment. The hosts went far and above to help us out. They were gracious and generous.

I cannot think of anything we didn’t like.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a very quiet and convenient location. Communication with the hosts was excellent and there was a bottle of wine to greet us!

What an absolute delight to stay in this superb property! Such wonderful, caring hosts who were so helpful and wanted to make us as comfortable as possible. The apartment feels luxurious and has been beautifully furnished and fitted. We walked from the accommodation to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the host provided us with local information so that we could enjoy our stay as much as possible. We would definitely stay there again and it was wonderful to meet the hosts in person and say a very big thank you!

The property was well located near the central historic area and yet very quiet right across the street from a park. Everything about the stay was exceptional. The hosts Eugenio and Elena communicated very well and provided clear instructions for how to access the property. The property and every dimension was of high-quality. Modern andTasteful decor, spacious rooms, and modern kitchen and bathroom with access to the outside with balconies. Truly, it is better than the photos! We were very comfortable and felt so supported by our hosts and tried their recommendations for dinner (Pepperosa) and gelato (by the Arno) as well as doing the Pisa wall walk, which gives one a very unique perspective on the city. Eugenio helped us with our bags and arranged a cab to take us to the train station. I can’t say enough about how happy we were with this decision to stay at Foscolo 25! Grazie Mille!

Spotless. The apartment had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Our hosts communicated very well and made check in easy and on our schedule.

No dislikes at all.

Everything about this property was perfect. The living areas are spacious and full of books and games to keep the kids happy. The bathroom was a good size with everything catered for. The kitchen was a perfect place to have breakfast or you can just relax with a coffee on the attached balcony.

what a perfect place to explore Pisa and surrounds from! Hosts Elena and Eugenio were super helpful and friendly; their apartment has absolutely everything you will need to be comfortable. It is quiet and calm and very restorative after sightseeing and travelling. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Pisa. There is not one negative I can think of after spending 8 nights here. Grazie Mille to Elena and Eugenio for providing such perfection.
