Great location, apartment has everything you need and the building offers pools and nice view over Nice from its rooftop. The landlord is very kind and always ready to help if needed.

Miscommunication at the beginning (not very convenient with taking and leaving the keys to the apartment in the other street from where apartment is located)

The only positive thing was the location.

In almost 20 years of using Booking.com, this has been my worst experience ever. For 300+ EUR a night we got a room with AC that didn't blow cold and was working so loud that it wasn't possible to sleep with the working AC, the bathroom sink was clogged, the bed was worn and noisy. Finally, a day after scheduled leaving, the owner accused us of staying there longer than booked and demanded extra money for the stay.

Miss advertising not an apartment but a room , no view of the promenade not even partially. Definitely not value for money.Had a 3 night stay and only recieved information re wifi etc on the 2nd evening past 21h00.Not value for money at all.Paid 50 euro for Cleaning service which never made an appearance during my stay.

The location of the property you cannot beat it is close to beach and old town. The building had a lot of facilities for the price including rooftop and the pools. Space was small but had everything we needed. Nice balcony and quiet in the center of the town.

Getting into the property is a bit of an ordeal as there is no where to park in front and you need to carry all of your luggage with you around. Green book had all info in it but couldn’t find it at first. Once we got into the property had a wonderful time

Location was fabulous. There was a small balcony (no view) and also a washing machine which was great.

Finding the key was so bad. It was around the corner, down the street in a little lock box at ankle level tied to some bars. It took us 1hr 20mins in the heat to find. The contact started saying we were not reading the instructions correctly but eventually sent another what’s app message with better instructions and photos so that helped. Also the property states air conditioning but again, it took ages to find the switch (inside the wardrobe) but it was only a fan. No real cooling and the sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock so we had to have the roller shutter down. So hot at night. No top sheet, just a doona so we sweltered at night.

Cleanliness Location The owners were very committed to providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay & assured us that they were there should we need anything.

The location was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed. Pool area was also great although a very, very deep pool.

The apartment needs some general c. There has obviously been a leak and the paintwork hasn’t been repaired. Bathroom is a bit tired too. Patio doors broken and reported as soon as we arrived as access could be gained but was told they couldn’t be fixed until after our stay.
