"Prime location, you won’t regret it."

PRIME LOCATION, we were so lucky to get this accommodation. Great price for the location! Right infront of the beach. This feature tops everything else. Room and bathroom are clean Shower had a great pressure The balcony is great, not a great view but you get to sit outside. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, a stove top, refrigerator and a freezer. There is Wifi and TV too.

AC is weak, so be careful in July/August, it helps if you close the shutters. The washing machine did not work during our stay.

"It was fine."

The pool was nice but was not marked and there were no directions to get up there.

The ac was very hidden and when asked the response for finding it was very unhelpful. The ac also did not work very well but was loud so the room was noisy but not cooled off. There were also no instructions for using anything or finding anything in the apartment even though there was a QR code that made it seem like all the information would be provided.

As mentioned, the location, at a top location on the Promenade close to the old town, and the fabulous roof top in the building with the amazing view, and the apartment was basically just nice.

Due to a heatwave in Nice during our stay, the airconditioner sometimes couldnt keep up. but this is cosmetic
