The accommodation enjoys an excellent location, situated just a short walk from the University of Niš, where the International Symposium “Niš and Byzantium” was held, making it particularly convenient for academic visitors. Nestled alongside the river, it offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere while remaining close to the city’s main attractions. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and professional, ensuring a truly comfortable stay. The room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and fully met all expectations. In fact, the overall experience exceeded the description provided, offering a level of comfort and hospitality that made the stay especially enjoyable. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

Close to the downtown. Fresh and renovated.

The smell of the sewage in the bathroom was quite strong. Apart from that there was a bathtub in the process of being connected to the system. Quite strange though.
