Apartment was beautiful and catered for everyone. Would not have changed anything about it .. location to the town was excellent and only 5 to 10 mins walking distance . Having a private car parking space and knowing the car was secure, completed our weekend. Will definitely be recommending to family & friends.

We chose this property for the secure parking and for walking to the centre of York. There are plenty of restaurants, takeaways, pubs and shops in close proximity. We did not hear traffic noise from the busy road outside. The accommodation was ideal. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms modern and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen had all we needed for the occasional cooked meal.

Nothing really. A collapsible step would be useful to reach the highest shelves. The tv lost the picture a couple of times but a google search sorted that.

Location was great as were the facilities in the apartment which was spotlessly clean, the beds were really comfortable and we had plenty of room it was brilliant

The blind in the living room was broken and was propped up, there was a bulb missing in one of the bedroom lamps, and the back light on the TV wasn't working

Beautiful home, had everything we needed

The late check in meant we wasted a day of our holiday waiting to check in wasn't good value for money at almost £300 per night

It was very hot during stay, fans were provided but apartment still very hot.

Great location, easy to walk to Shambles and other major attractions. Surrounded by restaurants and pubs, ten minutes walk to the train station. Nicely appointed apartment, spotlessly clean, good little kitchen, very comfortable beds and very quiet. It was a snug apartment and we were not cold. Appreciated the lift up to our unit.. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything. So modern and exceptionally clean. The private parking was something else. Absolutely superb. The car being behind locked gates gave peace of mind. Everything about the property was so well thought out. We’ll definitely be back.

The property was very centrally located with a gated car park. The fixtures/fittings were very high quality.

The sofa was uncomfortable and would not fit 4 x people if the flat was let to 2 x couples. There were only 2 x champagne glasses, the frying pan was too small and there was no foil (but 3 x packs of cling film).
