"Excellent apartment in the centre of York"

Excellent accommodation and excellent host. All details sent ahead of our stay, including directions, local recommendations and entry information. Caroline is an superb host, who responds to any queries very efficiently. Her apartment is 5 star - tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, modern facilities, warm and safe. Its location is excellent with just a short 5/10 minute into the centre and it has the added bonus of a parking space, although we didn't use this as we travelled by train.

Excellent location, apartment was very comfortable, enough room for two adults and two teenagers. We all enjoyed it. Quiet in the apartment block too. Our host was very helpful.

"Great apartment for York city stay"

Great location for visiting York city centre, only a five minute walk away. The apartment has everything we would need and some nice little touches such a teas, coffee, shower toiletries etc. Caroline is a great host and responded to any queries promptly. We would definitely recommend a stay here and will be happy to stay here again for future trips.

"Lovely appartment that’s walking distance to all city attractions."

Truly lovely quality accommodation throughout. Very comfortable & quiet. Apartment accessible by a lift which was great. Location fantastic, short walking distance to York city centre, The Shambles, Wall etc. Would definitely book again.

Car park access not as close as we would have liked as not part of the building (choice of 2 parking stations)

"What a find!"

Fantastic location close to all the sights. Short walk from the train station. Apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, bright & welcoming with all amenities & a generous welcome hamper. Comfortable beds, ensuite for main bedroom, very easy to check in. Caroline was a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
