10 Bootham House - luxury city centre apartment with free parking for one car

Beautiful apartment in a terrific location within easy walking distance of everything in the city. Great communication from Caroline (the owner) who also left us a lovely welcome hamper. Would thoroughly recommend everything about this property.

The weather !

Great apartment, tastefully decorated and very comfortable, and a short walk from the city centre. It was the perfect accommodation for a weekend in York.

I liked everything about the apartment - the cleanliness, comfort, space, how close it is to everything York has to offer. I was expecting maybe a bit of noise, with being so close to the city centre on a bank holiday weekend, but the 3 nights we spent there were probably the quietest we've ever had away from home. Unbelievably peaceful. The welcome hamper from the host, Caroline, was a really nice touch, as were the emails every step of the way, with easy to follow instructions on where to park, how to gain access, etc. Problem-free and enjoyable from start to finish.

The Bootham House apartment was stylish, very comfortable and quiet and had everything you could need on a visit to York. It is located close to the city centre, and provided a perfect base from which to explore York, and a welcoming property to return to and relax at after a day out. The communications and information provided were excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to returning.

There is nothing. It’s gorgeous.

The apartment had nice views and was very comfortable in a quiet location central and pleasant street.
