"Great location, lovely apartment!!"

Great communication with host Ben. Location is perfect, right in the heart of York. Elevator! The apartment is large and beautifully decorated, looks like photos, well equipped (washing machine & dishwasher) Comfortable bed, lots of pillows, plenty of towels. Solid wifi in main living room...weakens in far bedroom. Would stay again.

Some of the floors are a bit wonky/sloped and has stair transitions. A little mold in the main shower. Needed to swap out the bedside lamp as it didn't work. Can be loud with street music especially Fri/Sat nights.

"The best"

You forget your away as it feels like being at home, so welcoming and location was perfect. You may hear delivery vans etc early hours but that's to be expected as the street as lots of shops and restaurants. The information pack you receive is the most informative I've ever received and bonus is there's also one in the apartment so you don't need to keep going into your emails. I will definitely be booking to stay here again

The location is wonderful, 2minute walk to York Minster. The apartment is very quiet despite such a central location. It’s a spacious clean and comfortable property with high spec features. Everything you need for a short stay.

"Disappointing"

The apartment was lovely it had everything we needed.how ever very bad smells every so often .it was very noisey at night with people partying near by..and was woke between five and six in morning with delivery vans and bin men.

That it was so close to everything and that the apartment was superb. Lovely place to stay and would recommend it to anybody Lovely touches like the wine,water, milk, tea,coffee, sugar excellent.

"We loved staying at Hunter House!"

Our stay at Hunter House was amazing - SO much better than staying at a hotel. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and had every amenity we could hope for. The location was perfect - we never ran out of activities. Communication and information provided was excellent. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Can’t think of any dislikes at all!
