"Exceptional"

Exactly where we wished to stay right in the Center , close to all the shops and restaurants and all within walking distance for my elderly mother in law. The apartment was exceptionally clean , tidy finished to a high spec and with everything you need to have a very enjoyable stay , Ben went over and above to make this experience a enjoyable one for all the right reasons, yes there is traffic outside but if you book a city Center apartment this must be expected and has no reflection on the apartment, as we live in a remote house in Northumberland it made a change for us to hear the traffic and folk walking about York, very very happy stay , we will definitely stay again but might have to leave mumma at home next time Regards Adrian and sophia

"Wonderful flat near everything"

The flat was beautiful and comfortable, and even bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was in a perfect location right in the middle of everything and I would happily stay here again. The host was great and communicated everything I needed to know. It's the perfect place to stay in York.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Excellent central location (if you don’t mind a bit of street noise), huge comfortable apartment , very comfortable beds

Too many emails before/during stay, various codes needed for various doors - info on back door code wasn’t up to date. The host didn’t answer my question about where to leave bags after check out (but we found nearby Yorbag which was cheap and excellent)

In an excellent location, nice and spacious. lovely little extras like milk, coffee, chocolate etc.

work surfaces could have been a bit cleaner. shower in the main bathroom slides down the pole and turns and the dishwasher needs a deep clean as it was smelly.
