Within a few minutes of booking, the property sends a link to an online ‘Booking T&C Form’ to be completed and signed within 48 hours from the time of booking placement. For bookings made with less than 48 hours to arrival, the Booking T&C Form must be completed at least 1 hour before arrival at the property. The property waives all fees for cancelations made up to 24 hours after they book (excludes last-minute bookings made up to 48 hours before check-in). For insurance purposes, the check-in details are not provided until the Booking T&C Form has been completed and signed. All bookings are provisional until the property has written to the guest with the check-in details by email. Home address, phone, email, all guest names and photo of a valid government issued ID must be provided on the form.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
