Ideally located, 10mins from the city centre. Lovely walk to the centre as well! Lovely park and riverside just minutes away. Secure parking for car and quietness of the surrounding properties. Property is spacious ( there were two of us there for two nights but easily do a week) good facilities , lovely and clean. Comfortable sofa and bed. Nice outside area which catches the sun in the morning. Highly recommend

Most importantly, mattress was comfortable. Quiet and spacious apartment with just a short walk across the Museum garden to York centre. Microwave simple to use, shower likewise, gas cooker and TV also. Hand rail over the bath very handy. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment within very easy walking distance of the city and main attractions. Bonus was finding it also had a small study that had a desk which converted to a bed; we used it to leave bags and other items. The kitchen was well equipped, though we found lots of places to eat out! Parking was included for no extra cost which was a real bonus as it looks like £20 per day is the standard cost. We will be staying again!

Location fantastic - close to park and river and quiet at night. Safe and secure behind electric gates. A secure car park a massive bonus. Accommodation - Lovely, modern and clean in good condition. The only changes I’d make is to frost out the top pane in front door as bathroom is next to front door so more for peace of mind. The rug in front of TV is slippy as no rubber back. A fantastic apartment overall and I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in York.

Excellent location and base for walking into the city centre. Comfortable and well equipped with the bonus of secure parking. We will return soon!

Exactly what we wanted, short walk 5 mins to town, easy to come back to during the day. Car was locked behind a gate which is a big bonus for me! Enough room to spread out and enjoy yourself, nice comfy settie to relax on with some sweet treats bought from just down the road!

as a disabled man i was disappointed that the location described on booking.com was not correct, therefore we stayed much further away from the centre than we expected. In addition to this, the car park was green slimey and slippery, as was the path leading up to the property, which i ended up slipping on and hurting myself, cutting our holiday short by 3 days!!!!!!!! a disappointing waste of money for half a holiday
