What a perfect riverside location convenient for the city centre and the railway station. I appreciated the secure gated parking and the apartment building concierge. Well-appointed apartment, ideal for my requirements.

The property was clean, spacious and cosy. The location was fantastic and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of York and the train station.

Close to town. Easy access to everything. Good bathrooms. Comfortable living area. Had parking.

Facing the Royal Mail vans. Not a nice view and noisy. Only two windows in the flat so it was very hot even with the fans. So high price considering this. Quality of kitchen utensils and pots was poor. WiFi was very slow and a bit unreliable.

The apartment is located at a quiet place adjacent to a river, and at a walking distance away from the railway station and some sightseeing spots. Very good location.

It needs to get the key of the apartment from its office which is not at the same place. The apartment provided one rubbish bag, four rolls of toilet paper and two pieces of clearning products for dishes only for a group of four adults who stayed at the apartment for nine days. The apartment gave me contradictory messages regarding whether I could get the key earlier.

Picking up the key. Went round in circles because of all the road works. Staff not very helpful

Ensuite shower wasn't draining properly. Nothing some Mr muscle drain unblocked wouldn't fix I'm sure. Very limited channel choice on televisions. No option for recycling.

Amazing location - we travelled by train and was in between the station and the town centre. The flat was clean and had a lovely little welcome box on arrival. Good facilities and towels provided. Flat was in a very quiet location and there was no noise from the neighbours at all. I would recommend and stay again if I came back to York.

Could have been a little warmer in the flat. We weren’t there much as we were out and about but thermostat was set quite low and instructions were left that it couldn’t be changed as was programmed.
