From an aesthetic perspective, it's a beautiful house. Lovely size with 2 bedrooms

We had an issue with unidentifiable insects in one bedroom and the lady as lovely as she was hoovered them away! We told her the house hadn't really been hoovered and she told us it was difficult as they had a lot of turn over. Both bedrooms had webs in the corner. The sofa needs to be replaced. However the thing that got us the most was that that we couldn't turn the temperature up ourselves, we contacted the company who asked the owner to increase it remotely!. Whilst I appreciate that the cost of living has gone up this was step too far for us.

It was situated in a good area. Facilities were great.

Bugs in the closet in back bedroom. Tv not watchable on normal tv.. hadn’t been tuned in properly. Dust in back bedroom behind bed and in skirting board
