Gorgeous flat well appointed. We could have done with instructions on using the cooker, oven and heating. Lovely outside space nice and private. Convenient bus stop into york was just outside accomadation. Finally I slept like a log. Would go back.

It was cold in the evenings and struggled with heating system. Luckily there were some throws on the beds and we used them to keep warm in the evenings.

The main bedroom smelled so horrendous - and it turned out to be the sheets. The throw on the bed is so grubby and disgusting, just buy a new one or wash it? The cleaners are absolutely not doing their job properly. I spoke with the management who offered a linen change but we didn’t want our stay interrupted so we moved rooms. There was an ashtray full of cigarettes on the garden table. Again, cleaners have missed this. Bathroom is plagued by limescale, and mouldy corners between furniture where it cannot be cleaned. Filthy rug in lounge. Look under the sofa cushions and you will see the full filth. It is not being cleaned properly whatsoever. Then to top it off, whilst staying there a bailiff visited and left a threatening note for some random name. Such a studenty vibe :and I definitely didn’t feel particularly safe after that as i was staying there with my little boy. Management were polite and apologetic but apologies don’t really fix things, especially when it’s over £100 a night. Do yourself a favour and stay in a hotel like Rooomz where you can pay a little more for decent service.

Location was very good and a bus stop just outside the house

could do with providing a frying pan and jug. needs to put blackout blinds or curtains as light streams into the room on sun rise.

Nice house located within easy access of York with a bus stop outside the door. Tea, Coffee, sugar and milk provided.

Nothing really. Just a towel in the downstairs bathroom.

Modern, clean & well presented property. Bus stop to take you into York was just outside the property which was great. Family really enjoyed the stay & we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Clean, plenty of space, looked like the photos. Sufficient towels and comfortable beds. It's quite a distance from York centre, but that was reflected in the price, which felt fair.

The kitchen was described as being fully equipped and it absolutely isn't. It wasn't possible to self cater. The heating was tricky and it was cold at times.

Everything, bus stop to the centre just outside, everything you need in the house, very quiet area, nice warm house. I would definitely stay again.
