Frank is a wonderful host.. very kind and helpful person.. Excellent apartment in Thun region.. next to the bus stop which made our traveling very comfortable.. The views from the apartment are stunning..

There is nothing to dislike..

Prompt ness of responding guest queries and guidance offered to reach the property by host was really exceptional. Some what so called limitations (Humidity in washroom) are well admitted and nothing to criticise. Really All Stars 🌟 to the property and the host as well.

As such nothing we found really to be disliked.

Exceptional view

The smell in the flat was a little musty like in an old and moist basement

The view was amazing, the host was friendly and he answered our communications in less than a minute.

The view was EXCEPTIONAL!!. Weather permitting it was wonderful to eat and have coffee outdoors. The host was very pleasant , accommodating and responsive. He was not intrusive. For the most part we felt we were alone, which is what we wanted. The kitchen had good facilities, although the fridge is small. The shower was good and strong, the water hot.

There were close to 40 stairs to descend from the street to the door, which is very difficult to manage if you have heavy luggage like we had. There is an elevator that saves some of these stairs but not all. This was not mentioned in the description. Also , on first arriving, WAZE took us through very narrow roads, which was not necessary. The host should provide a better description of getting to the property.
