Icona Luxury Apartment with Minster Views & Allocated Parking

The apartment & location were excellent. The treats waiting for us was a lovely touch. Wish we could have stayed longer

Very comfy bed and super soft bedding, movement sensor on lights in en-suite bathroom - great innovation if you get up in the night Very light, double aspect open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. Can see the top of York minster Only a short walk to centre of York ASDA store opposite Excellent pizza just around the corner at the Red Goat

Temperature sensor on shower unit in main bathroom didn’t work so water was only super hot. Tap in kitchen was in poor state of repair On demand TV didn’t work very well Directions to find lock box could have been clearer, referencing the location relative to the main door rather than the building

We've stayed at this apartment a few times and always enjoyed it as a base to explore or just relax in. Just outside of the city walls but close enough to walk in. Supermarket and Red Goat cafe (great vibe and amazing Pizza) are very close by.

We loved the property, view and location. The property was very clean and comfortable. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to book again

This is not a criticism because we loved our stay but the shower heads were lose and the tv remote control needs new batteries. Also we couldn’t raise the bollard on the parking place. Apologies if this was our error but there didn’t seem to be a round key to release it.

Clean,modern and was fully equipped

I think blinds would be better at the living room windows as in the evening when sitting on sofa the sun was directly coming in to the room

Overall, we really like this place; however, there were a couple of unfortunate minor issues.

There were no keys in the box next to the apartment entrance. We waited for about 1.5 hours for staff to bring them.

How close it was to the centre and also for any convenient shops.There is a parking space for one car and is safe inside a gate which is pieace of mind. Also, plenty of room in the apartment for the family.

Attention to detail, shower in the main bathroom rusty and durty. Also, the extractor fan wasn't working. The cutlery draw wasn't clean, and the dishwasher smelt really bad. The dovet sheet doesn't fit the duvet cove in both rooms, so it doesn't stay in place. Not much storage for your clothes if you're staying for longer. There was no key for the balcony door, so you couldn't close it. Luckily, my little one couldn't reach the handle, but other kids could.
