Icona Luxury Apartment with Minster Views & Allocated Parking

Property itself was spacious, modern, clean, comfortable and within easy reach of the town centre and groceries. No noise from other flats. Oven, hearing, dishwasher, shower/bath all easy to use.

Property overlooks a busy junction and you get a lot of traffic noise. You can see the Minster, but not from the balcony or normal angles you’d look out of the windows. Bedroom blinds let in a lot of light. Cutlery is basic and though lots of wine glasses, would benefit from some tumblers.

The location, ease of checking in, very secure apartment and parking.

It was quite noisy, the apartment above was up early and seamed to stomp about. The bin area as well was not exactly clean I know this is not a big problem as u only need to go in once when leaving to put the bins out. The noisy neighbour above is annoying but you are staying in apartments so kinda expected it was only in the morning as well.

En suite hadn’t been cleaned, obviously an oversight as the rest of the apartment was very clean.

Property was excellent. Close to City centre Shops nearby. Very secure. No noise from within the apartment block Any queries were dealt with very well by the letting agents.

VERY noisy . Lots of adjacent student accommodation. Wednesday26 October we were kept awake from 2.30 to 4.45 am by groups of young people obviously drunk shouting at each other If this was my apartment I would ensure that police did something about this. Pity as we are unlikely to return. Wifi not reliable.
