Beautiful cottage, quality furnishings, chic design and fantastic responsive host! Bedroom beds very comfy! Great location with a picturesque walk along the river to the city 25 ish minutes walk. Cafe very local too.

Easy access, clean, beautifully decorated, lots of extra's such as shower gel/cleaning equipment/games/books etc. Lovely home for a family weekend to see our undergrad son in a concert in town as well as close to his accommodation. Perfect accommodation and location. Would definitely come back and stay again.

It didn't matter to us but we couldn't get the TV to work (connection not available) and a hand rail up the stairs for two elderly parents (85 and 83) would have helped them upstairs. This is an easy fix small tweak but would have made a difference to them.

"Perfect family home, great location."

Beautiful home, with everything you'd need and more. Quiet and pretty street, with a cafe and pub. The Riverside walk is just down the road. ( the path was unfortunately flooded ) I would choose this location and property again. There's two toilets which is great for a family and a outdoor space, big bonus. Bathroom was lush! We could spend days here and be very happy.

"Ideal for a York, city break."

Location was good, a short taxi into York, we would've walked but my wife has just had knee reconstruction surgery.

Didn't spend that much time in the property. But from what we briefly saw, it was a cosy place.
