Entire 2 Bed - Free Parking - 45 - The Cosy Collection

We had a great stay and we would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting York. The location is really good and the apartment was comfortable and spacious. The only issue was that the apartment advertises free parking but this is only for one car. The apartment caters for 4 people and so we expected another space but unfortunately this is not provided. However, despite this we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

This is a fantastic apartment! It is clean, well equipped, bright, and it has lovely views. It is short walk to the centre of York and parking is easy.

10:00am is a bit early for check out.

Location ideal for the station and York itself. Secure off-street parking was ideal. Flat was very clean and well stocked, with a good small supermarket round the corner.

Property faces onto a main road and was quite noisy at times. The TV did not allow any apps to run such as catch-up TV or streaming services, though they showed as available. Think the TV internet system needs an upgrade.

The location was ideal for a short stroll into the city, and the gated secure carpark also meant that we could enjoy our stay without the hassle of driving and worrying about where to park. The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed, and the welcome hamper was a lovely surprise.

The only negative was that there wasn't enough hot water for everyone to have a shower in the morning as we were a family of 4.

Very comfortable and clean apartment within easy walking distance of the town centre. Well equipped for cooking needs, Spotlessly clean. Very clear instructions for access and check out and for using heating etc. Great to have the parking on site.

Free parking in a secure carpark, given clear instructions to gain entrance to car park and building. Nice neighbourhood, close to city centre. Close to local Sainsbury's, restaurant and takeaways.Apartment had everything we needed. Especially liked the welcome package, tea, coffee,milk and cookies, just what we needed after a four hour drive.

The welcome pack was a nice touch. Great location in a very well appointed flat.

Very secure building which took us a minute or two to work out how to get in.

Very clean, practical and comfortable small flat. A massive plus is the parking facility of the flat. Simple and secure. A second plus is the pedestrian access to the main road, within minutes from restaurants and 10 minutes to the centre. Excellent location

It can be noisy if you have noisy neighbours. The first night was nice and quiet. In our second, we had people next door with a very barky dog.

Lovely modern accommodation, very clean and spacious, private access and parking is a must, this had it all .
