Good location, corner shop, cafés and restaurants around. About 10 minutes' easy walk to city center. The apartment is modern and has everything you need, 2 comfortable bedrooms, a small bathroom with a large shower, a good sized entrance hall and a nice sized living room with large windows, well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a nice sofa/TV area.

As with most rental properties, no space to put down your personal things in the bathroom. Pity for an otherwise so well-equipped apartment.

Wasn't sure of the property location but it was perfect for a visit to the city. Drove there but never used my car until we left. Location is ideal for arriving by road or rail, the station is a few hundred yards walk, and perfect location for exploring the city on foot. Apartment is on the 3rd floor but you can get your steps in or use the lift. The property is clean and spacious enough for couples or like us a family of 4. Living kitchen dining area has ample space for 4 people to relax eat and socialise. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. My daughter loved the railing door window which we'd open and she'd sit there enjoying the cool breeze while watching her tablet. I would sit at the dining table reading and my partner and eldest girl would chill on the sofa. Double beds in each room meant we all got a very good sleep. Whole complex is secure and felt safe throughout our stay. City was only a short walk and we found everything so easy to find from the apartment. Bars restaurants shopping and attractions all within easy walking distance from the apartment. Communication from the host was perfect from booking to checking out and always provided useful information. Simple guide given for the dos and don'ts during our stay so we knew what the expectation was from the host. If we visit York again this will be option 1 for a place to stay.

We had a great family holiday here. Fabulous location, walking distance to the center. Apartment was exactly as shown and described - no complaints at all! Very safe and secure building.

5 min walk to railway station. Safe area. Short walk to town & race course. Clean, bright & airy apartment. Lovely box of goodies when we arrived
