Location was close to amenities parking included Quiet Everything needed supplied

Perfect location and great facilities.

It included parking which is often not available at other properties. It was also in the heart of York so we just parked the car and walked everywhere.

Fantastic weekend away. Great location as everywhere was in reasonable walking distance from the apartment. However, it was very quiet at night when sleeping which was a huge bonus. The apartment was clean and comfortable and it was lovely being able to come back and relax after walking around the city. It was also close to lots of restaurants and a Tesco Express just around the corner if you want to buy any amenities. They also supplied tea and coffee and milk sachets which was a nice bonus. Will definitely recommend to friends and family if they visit York!

Finding the key and getting in and out of the apartment was very easy, however the 10 minute parking bays are used as permit spaces for the residents so we had nowhere to pull over. The road is a narrow cul de sac so there wasn’t any space for us to park up on the road. I had to leave my partner in the car in the hope no one needed to get by. The bays were full for the entire weekend but there were spaces on the Monday when we left. Maybe for visits during the week this is less of a problem but it’s something to keep in mind when visiting at the weekend that you may not be able to pull over. Very minor inconvenience compared to a great stay though!!

Nice place and very good location in the old city.

The Italian restaurant next door is a nuisance, with staff not showing any consideration to the neighbourhood. I encourage the owner to report them to the local council so that action can be taken to improve the situation.
