Location was 👍good

Cleaning wasn't very good and couldn't sit on the sofa as a big dip where the sofa bed is also four flites of stairs 🙃

Great location. So handy for York centre. Car not needed if staying central, but was securely parked free, for our stay. (Consider this in your rental price, as city parking is available but security not guaranteed) Apartment was very clean and had everything needed. The tea bags/coffee and sachets of milk left are a nice thought, as you can unpack and relax before going for necessities. Bed is comfy and linen white and bright.

I am of medium mobility but found the stairs ok as they're not steep. A hand rail getting out of bath/shower would have been useful. Don't forget to return the car parking permit to the apartment - or you'll have to go back up the stairs ! Finding the keysafe was a bit challenging and in an odd place.

No hand rails to help getting into shower the key box was difficult and very dirty not pleasant

Flat was very comfortable, lovely bedding. Nice that tea/coffee and tolietries supplied. (Proper coffee for the machine would have been great!. You can't bring your own unless you know what type of machine it is.) Fantastic location, nice and central and the parking was very secure.

Some of the kitchenware had to be rehashed. And bigger mugs, please 😊.

"Great location, comfortable bed, very clean and good amenities."

We liked how close the unit was to the centre of town and all other facilities. We also liked the security of the grounds. It was great to have a full kitchen to prepare meals. The bed was very comfortable.

The sofa was a little too soft and uncomfortable to sit on for extended periods after a long day of exploring.
