Location, spacious, warm, comfy bed

Appartment not ready at 3pm to check in - cleaning staff had not been told we were checking in. Returned later to allow them to finish. Broken toilet seat, black mould under non slip mat in bath.

The bed was amazing, lovely kitchen, great location

The bathroom could be cleaner (around the shower) quite dusty in places. Sofa wasn’t very comfortable

A beautiful space, huge bed and super cosy! The shower was lovely, the whole place was very airy and bright, and access was very easy.

The bed was huge and so comfortable. Loved the location, couldn’t get any closer to shops, bars and restaurants. Well presented.

Trying to work the tv out took ages. Could have done with some instructions. It wasn’t an issue, but the hallway chandelier light didn’t work.

Fantastic stay in a great location, right in the centre of the City. Photos really don't do it justice. WiFi was super quick, whole apartment had a real home from home feel. Just wished we'd booked 3 nights!

key code was sent to me with clear instructions to follow. liked having a key code rather than a key, made everything really easy for check in and check out.

The apartment was lovely. the decor was beautiful and the amenities in the accommodation were useful. The doors were heavy and the door to the apartment needed two hands to open the door, so if you had your hands full that was a bit tricky, however that is such a small issue and not really an issue at all
